In the beautiful island of Corfu in the village Nissaki (means Islet), 150 metres past the village church in the direction of Kassiopi, you will find the restaurant Roumeli. Roumeli restaurant is a family business and has been established in Corfu, offering genuine recipes of Roumeli cuisine. Certainly cuisine that all Greeks love: roasted meat and grills on charcoal kokoretsi, kontosouvli on the spit and of course chortopites (vegetable pies). The managers Vangelis and Anna Maria know that the secret of success apart from the art of baking is also the excellent quality of meat. Vangelis grew up in family of cattle-breeders and this experience gave him the possibility to distinguish the best and tastiest meat. During your stay in Corfu you will enjoy the best meat cooked on the spit or on the grill and you will be sure to visit us again. The dishes are served in the traditional Greek family way. Quite often our customers order in the morning what they want to eat in the evening. Most visitors coming here, feel as if they are in their own house. We sincerely hope you feel the same way. We can also organize special events such as christenings, weddings or birthday parties for up to 60 persons. as christening, marriages or birthday parties for up to 60 individuals. The restaurant is open all year round, except for the months of January and February.
